How do I add a Rate Card to a Contact?

If you have a client that has or will have multiple Matters you can select a Rate Card for them. All new Matters will automatically pull these rates.
To add a Rate Card to a Contact:
  1. Navigate to your Contacts section and locate the Contact card  to assign a Rate Card, then select View/Edit from the kebab menu.

  2. Click on the Billing tab in the Edit Person modal.

  3. Select the Rate Card you would like to use from the drop-down list.

You are also able to add Rate Cards on the Matter level!

Adding a Rate Card to a Contact automatically updates NEW Matters, but not existing Matters.
