Steps to make it your daily habit

  1. Log in each morning and land on your Command Center home view.
  2. Start with the Needs Your Attention widget. It's your prioritized action list, built from your matters, billing, and deadlines.
  3. Check the Planner widget for upcoming meetings and events, and see how ready you are for each.
  4. Glance at your My Practice snapshot to see billable hours vs. goal, total WIP, and utilization rate.

What types of items might appear in Needs Your Attention?

Needs Your Attention can show six types of items. Each one appears only when its conditions are met and you're connected to the matter as described.

Retainer at Risk A matter's retainer balance is low and its unbilled fees are close to the remaining balance. Both must be true. The matter's Responsible Attorney
Invoice Past Due An invoice is still unpaid seven or more days after its due date. The matter's Responsible Attorney
Client No Contact No email, phone, or text contact with the primary client on an active matter has been logged in 30 days. The matter's Responsible Attorney, or anyone who has logged time on the matter
Stale Matter An active matter you've logged time on before has had no new time entries in seven or more days. Anyone who has previously logged time on the matter

Tip: Every item in Needs Your Attention links straight to a next step, so you can act on it right away.
