Reauthenticate Microsoft Email
Upon login, you may notice the Email widget on the dashboard indicating your authentication has become invalid.
When attempting to open the Email section you may notice the same alert that your authentication has become invalid and needs to be reauthenticated.
Clicking the “Click here to reauthenticate” links will prompt you to login to your Microsoft Account.
If you have sufficient permissions, you can authenticate yourself. Select the consent checkbox and click “Accept” in the window that appears.
Depending on your firm’s Microsoft security permissions, some users may require additional approval from your IT to complete the reauthentication process. The following prompt may appear and calls out the Microsoft Enterprise App Account that needs to be approved by IT; “CARET Legal – Email Integration”.
Please reach out to your IT team to get the necessary backend approval. After they approve, you can click the link in CARET Legal to reauthenticate.
After reauthentication, you should log out and log back into CARET Legal, and confirm your folder mapping in your User Settings.
