In addition to Registered Receipts™ and encryption capabilities, RMail also has an electronic signature feature that allows you to get legally binding electronic sign-off on documents and agreements.

The E-signed documents are automatically finalized into a print-ready PDF format, can accommodate multiple signatures (hand-drawn, typed, or email signatures), and will have a Registered Receipt™ record with the delivery status, time, or delivery, and message content.
