Users will get this popup the first time they open up the NetDocuments integration after this change is released:
The user should click “Allow”.
Follow these steps if the user does not see the popup or if they accidentally clicked “block” from the popup:
- Click this icon in chrome:
- In the popup that appears, click ‘Site Settings’:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page that opens. For “Local network access” choose “Allow”.
- Close the tab and navigate back to CARET. Refresh the page in CARET for the changes to take effect.
