Your documents will automatically be OCR'd upon being uploaded to the Documents section of any matter. From there, you will know that your document has been successfully indexed when the green check appears next to the document, as shown below:
Going forward, your documents should then be indexed which will allow you to do a search for your documents, not only off the file name of the document but also including the contents of the OCR'd document.
