Editable Email Templates

Note: This is only visible for users that have APX enabled.                                                   

To view the editable CARET Payment Email Template:

1. Select Firm Settings from the drop-down menu beside your avatar.
   
   
2. Click on Billing & Accounting and select Email Options from the expanded menu, then click the Payment Email Options tab.
   
   
3. The template has a Pay Now link and editable fields in the details of the email, which makes it easily customizable.
   • Firms can include their logo and firm information, which can be uploaded from Firm Settings > Office Locations.
4. Clicking Preview Payment Email Template displays a preview of the email after it has been customized. Click OK if you are satisfied with the preview.
5. Click Update to save.
