How do I use the Outlook Plugin?

The Outlook plugin allows you to bring certain features from Zola Suite into your Outlook Mail Client. After you have downloaded and installed the Zola Suite plugin, follow the instructions below to start using it:
  1. Open Outlook, Click on Zola Suite tab and click on Login.

  2. You will be prompted to log in with your Zola Suite credentials.

  3. Once logged in, you will have a Zola Suite section on the bottom upon composing a new email or opening an existing email.

  4. This section provides Matter selection, recipient email address, attachments and more importantly a timer. Please note, the timer starts automatically when you compose a new email. It also provides the option to Stop, Pause, or Reset.

The Zola Suite Word Ribbon is only compatible with Windows Desktop Versions 2013 and 2016.
