How Do I Change the Primary Client in a Matter?

If the Primary Client for your Matter changes or you accidentally selected the incorrect Contact, you can always change this field.
If you would like to change the role of any Contact other than the primary client:
  1. Select the Matter you would like to change the Client for, then click on the Primary Client's name inside of the white box on the left

  2. Select the new contact from the Select Primary Client drop-down list.

  3. Click on the blue checkmark to Save.
