Check that your sync status is active.
- Delays - Due to the size of the Calendar, it may take up to 15 to 30 minutes for a full and complete sync of all calendar entries. For an intial sync with years of events, 24 hours may be required for a full sync.
- Recurring Events/Tasks - Recurring Events/Tasks that are initially synced are maintained. However, if they are changed/edited (For example, a Monthly Meeting event held on the first Monday of every month, is changed to Tuesday), CARET Legal does not support the change in the recurrence.
- Secondary Calendars - Only the default calendar of an account is synecd to CARET Legal. Secondary calendars and Additional calendars do not sync. This includes shared calendars, group calendars, and RSS feeds.
