My Calendar Events are not Syncing

When your calendar events are not syncing in CARET Legal.
  1. Check that your sync status is active.

  2. Delays - Due to the size of the Calendar, it may take up to 15 to 30 minutes for a full and complete sync of all calendar entries.

  3. Recurring Events/Tasks - Recurring Events/Tasks that are initially synced are maintained. However, if they are changed/edited (For example, a Monthly Meeting event held on the first Monday of every month, is changed to Tuesday), CARET Legal does not support the change in the recurrence.
