To view all Bank (Trust or Operating) and Credit Card Accounts in CARET Legal:
Click on the Accounting icon in the navigation bar to access the Accounting module, then select the Banks & Registers tab.
Under the tab bar, click View Bank Accounts & Credit Card Accounts. All Bank Accounts and Credit Card Accounts associated with your firm are listed.
- Click + on the action bar to add a new Bank/Credit Card Account and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
The New Bank Account or New Credit Card modal displays.
Complete the required fields indicated with a purple bar:
- Enter an Account Name and Bank Name, then enter or select a Bank Account Type from the drop-down list.
- Optionally enter the Bank Address and Last 4 Digits of Account Number.
- Select the ACTIVE checkbox to enable.
- Once the Bank Account has been created you can click Connect to a bank to link it with your provider!
- Click Save to add a new account.
