If you have a specific User Rate that you use over and over again, you can create a Rate Card that can be selected on a Contact or Matter instead of setting them up each time.
- Select Firm Settings from the drop-down menu beside your avatar.
- Click Billing & Accounting from the left menu bar and select Rate Cards from the expanded menu.
- Click + in the top bar to display the New Rate Card modal.
- Complete the fields:
- Enter a Rate Card Name.
- Enter or select a User from the drop-down list.
- Enter a Rate.
- Complete the fields:
- Select the check mark beside the Rate and click Save to return to the list. A prompt displays informing you "Rate card added successfully!".
