What are Rate Cards and How are they used?

If you have a specific User Rate that you use over and over again, you can create a Rate Card that can be selected on a Contact or Matter instead of setting them up each time.

  1. Select Firm Settings from the drop-down menu beside your avatar.


  2. Click Billing & Accounting from the left menu bar and select Rate Cards from the expanded menu.

  3. Click + in the top bar to display the New Rate Card modal.

    • Complete the fields:
      • Enter a Rate Card Name.
      • Enter or select a User from the drop-down list.
      • Enter a Rate.
  4. Select the check mark beside the Rate and click Save to return to the list. A prompt displays informing you "Rate card added successfully!".
