How do I reset My Password?

1. This can be easily done by selecting My Settings under the down arrow next to your avatar .
   
2. Click the Change Password link under your Username.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your Old Password, New Password and Confirm New Password in the expanded fields.
   
   
   Passwords must contain 8-12 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number
   
4. Click Enable 2 Factor Authentication... to be presented with the following 2 options.
   
   • Option 1: Scan with mobile device
   • Option 2: Activate via the web
     
     
     
     
5. After you choose an option a prompt displays asking if you were able to successfully authenticate your Google Authenticator Code.
   • Clicking Yes means you will require 2FA when logging into your CARET Legal account.
     
     
6. If you forget your password you can reset your password through the log-in screen by selecting Forgot Password.
   
   
   
7. A link to reset your password will be sent to the email account that you use as your CARET Legal Username.
