Allocating Payments by Timekeeper

Advanced Custom Allocations reduces the time bookkeepers spend allocating payments by working at the timekeeper level instead of the line-item level.

Steps

1. When applying a payment, choose to allocate by timekeeper instead of selecting individual line items.
2. CARET auto-distributes the payment to that timekeeper's oldest charges.
3. To apply one payment across multiple invoices, set the allocation logic per invoice before finalizing.
