How do I Set Up My Initials for Invoices?

If you notice that the 'By' column on invoices is blank, then that means you have not set up your initials. Each user at your firm should complete this field to avoid confusion.
  1. Select My Settings from the drop-down menu beside your avatar.

  2. Enter your initials in the User Initials field.

  3. Click on the blue Save Changes button to complete the process.
