What is the login page?
Clients can log into their accounts at zolacaseway.com after they have been invited.
When logging in, the login page will redirect to auth.caret.legal, our Authentication Service. This is our OAuth 2.0 authorization server, and the sign-in will be completed through the CARET Legal app or an approved integration.
Important: When creating a bookmark, use only:

Do not bookmark the complete URL displayed after you are redirected to the login page. The additional URL parameters are generated for your individual login session and can become invalid after the session ends.
What is my Portal login/username?
When invited, clients will login the Client Portal using the username they created. The username is not the same their email address.
Why isn't my username and password loading?
Browsers and password managers will save your passwords to specific websites. Be sure to add auth.caret.legal to your password managers.
If errors persist, clear cookies for CL sites, such as caret.legal and zolacaseway.com.
