When a client uploads a Document, where can I view it?

Documents uploaded to a Matter in Caseway appear in that Matter's documents.

  1. Navigate to the Matters section and open the Matter details.

  2. Click the Documents tab and select the Shared with me via Caseway filter under the tab bar to view a list of documents shared to the Matter in Caseway.

  3. You will see when the documents were uploaded, who uploaded them, and the other Matters associated with the Matter.

  4. Click the kebab icon to select one of the following options:
    • Add as new Document
    • Add as version of a Document
    • Rename
    • Delete
