How do I make a Recurring Task?

Recurring tasks allow you to invoice clients for unbilled time every other week or set up a task to connect with a referral source each month. This is useful when tasks, especially those pertaining to the Operations and Accounting of the firm, are performed with regularity.

To set tasks to recur on a regular basis:

  1. Navigate to the Tasks section to view your Tasks list. Use the filters under the action bar to refine your list.


  2. Click the Edit icon on the right side of a task row to display the Edit Task modal, then click the Recurring tab.


    • Select how often you would like the task to recur in the Recurrence section.
    • Use the calendar controls to set an End By date in the When do you want this to stop repeating? section.

  3. Click Update to set the recurring task.
