Getting started
Before getting started, an admin or office manager should write/call in to approve users to work with support on the firm's behalf. This allows us to ensure your email address has been verified in our system for support and receives replies from our Support team.
Support through the In-App Agent
Our new In-App Agent is a widget that stays with you throughout your day!
Here's how it works:
- At the bottom left corner, click open the bubble icon to open our In-App Agent widget
- TIP! If any of your icons are hiding behind the In-App Agent, you can now use the scroll bar to see more icons.
- Provide your name and email.
- Tell us the product area you need help with.
- Briefly describe your issue to give our team a heads-up.
- You will receive a confirmation email and our Support team will follow up with you via email.

Contact Support button in your account
To submit a ticket through your CARET Legal Account:
- Click ? on the top menu bar and select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.

The Contact Support modal displays.
- Enter your subject and message in the fields provided.
- Our reply will come from support@caretlegal.com.
Technical Support hotline
You can also contact support at (855) 965-2360 option 1 or 2.
We offer a callback feature that will hold your place in line, preventing the need to actively wait on hold. We recommend leaving a cell phone number or direct line, as the system will not recognize extensions.
