How do I configure email template for Bulk Billing Center?

  • Updated

We have released a new Bulk Billing template with more powerful merge data capabilities and a new look. This new template includes the ability to include automated trust replenishment requests.

You may want to review the Default Subject and Body of the email being sent to add any custom text.

To access the Blast Email Options, please follow the below steps:
• Firm Settings > Billing & Accounting > Email Options > Blast Email Options
o Check that your Sender Name, Sender Email Address, and BCC are set properly.
o Make any updates to the Subject and Body of the email
o Turn ON the “Include .pdf Invoice” toggle on the bottom-right of the template to include the Invoice as an attachment
o Click “Update” to save your changes

Once complete, you can use the Bulk Billing Center to send out your invoices.

The Blast Email Options will feed into the Bulk Billing Center.
