How can I send one email to multiple recipients using the Bulk Billing Center?

When using the Bulk Billing Center to send out an email blast of you invoices, by default, every Billing Contact will receive their own separate email with that invoice attached.

If you would like to have one email sent with all of the Billing Contacts listed instead, you can designate this on the Matter level.

  1. Navigate to the Matters section and open a Matters details, then click the Options tab and scroll down to the Billing Options.

  2. Select the checkbox labeled Send One Email.

 

By checking off this box, and updating your matter options, a single email will be sent to all the "Billing Emails" listed on the Matter in the "To" field of the email.
