How do I add who performed each line item to an Invoice?

First, ensure that all members of your firm have their initials entered into the User Initials field of My Settings.
  1. Select Firm Settings from the drop-down menu next to your avatar.


  2. Click Billing & Accounting and select Invoice Customization from the expanded menu.

  3. Scroll down to Line Items.

  4. Ensure that the Visible checkbox is selected beside the Timekeeper field.
When you add line items to your invoices, associate the responsible attorney to each item. The attorney's initials will show on the invoice with this line item.
