If a message appears to inform you that your email account was unauthenticated in CARET Legal, it means that your email provider has disconnected our access to your email account. This is usually caused by IMAP being disabled or your email account password being changed.
1. Check that IMAP is enabled with your email provider.

2. Check if your password was recently changed. Some providers, such as Office 365, have a setting that resets account passwords periodically. If you use Office 365 you can change this setting by following the steps in the article below.
After updating your IMAP settings or password, re-register your email account to reconnect.
