How do I enable Spell Check for Google Chrome?

  • Updated
You can enable spell check within Google Chrome by using an extension called Grammarly and then turning it on by:
  1. Click Settings from the kebab menu on the right-side of the address bar.

  2. Click Languages in the vertical menu bar, then under the Spell check section toggle the Check for spelling errors when you type text on web pages slider to the right to enable it.

  3. Select either the Basic spell check or Enhanced spell check radio button.

  4. Slide the toggle to the right to enable the language.

  5. Click Customize spell check to add custom words used by your firm.

The quickest way to get your browser's version is by navigating to What is my Browser.
