Work Categories are time-based work, or hourly services that are charged. They are available to you when creating new Time Entries and show up on Invoices if a description is not provided.
- Select Firm Settings from the drop-down menu beside your avatar.
Click Billing & Accounting in the left menu bar and select Time Entry Categories from the expanded menu to find the existing Work Categories available for use at your firm.
- New Work Categories can be added by clicking + and filling out the required Type of work field, a Default narrative if appropriate and clicking Save.
