00:11: To begin. Let's talk about the actual login.
00:14: If you're new to care at legal, we've already got your work, email on file and you should have already received, an email invitation to set up password and access Care at legal.
00:24: If you're recently new or maybe forgot that first password you do have a self-serve option just below with forgot password. Our support team can also assist.
00:34: Before we log into the actual account, let's navigate the page a little bit more as this page in particular, has a plethora of resources at your disposal.

02:44: A screen, you'll see several icons starting with that for a z Drive plugin.
02:49: This plugin is both Windows and Mac friendly and intended to help you collaborate between current legal and other desktop applications.

03:01: Months for carrot, legal plugins for Microsoft, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
03:07: Each of these icons will then trigger a plug-in install. Download pick your destination and click save for you to complete that install.
03:17: Just beneath that you'll see, logos representing our various mobile application options. We do have one for apple and one for Android.
03:26: Click on the one that matches your needs. This will take you to the corresponding webpage for you to provide any credentials, download the mobile application to your device.
03:37: Just beneath that, you'll see Three Links the first one for upcoming webinars. The second for recorded webinars and last but certainly not least our help portal.
03:48: This is a crucial support resource and clicking that icon. It will open up a separate tab in the same browser, this will bring you to our knowledge up. This is a great resource especially if you're early in Care at legal.
04:01: Here you could treat this like Google and ask a question to then achieve a certain outcome. You have helpful links to help you navigate additional support resources as well as topical resources.
04:13: And off to the right, you'll see a rotation of promoted articles. This is a combination of recently published articles as well as our most popular content.
04:23: And down the bottom right corner. If you're ever suspecting that there might be a problem at play, we do have a status page that allow you to check. There are any performance problems occurring.
